Who are young & young adult carers?

A young & young adult carer is a child or young person (aged 25 and under) who provides care and support for a family member who may be affected by ill health, a disability, mental ill health or substance misuse.

What we offer

Families or any professional can make a referral. Once a referral is received a Support Practitioner will visit the family, carry out a short assessment, the young person can then access our activities, groups and other services.  Learn more
